The ACT is tomorrow (or Sunday for some of you). Tonight at 5 (or Saturday night!) is the time to stop studying. Put down your notes, practice tests, flashcards. Print out your tickets for tomorrow and put together your snacks: granola bars and a drink that contains sugar. Mints are also a good idea since experiments show that peppermint oil improves cognitive function. Now relax. Up until 5, however, continue to review punctuation rules and math facts, formulas, anything that troubles you. But at 5, put a stop to all thoughts about the ACT.
