As we approach this weekend’s SAT and next weekend’s ACT, think of things to do each day that will make your test better. Research shows that consistent and low-stakes self-quizzing help – so use your flashcards or make some if you have not already! Avoid procrastinating (oh, that’s easy!), and avoid staying up late. Don’t do dumb stuff. Also, science shows that your serotonin levels (the chemical that keeps your brain happy and efficient) increase with exposure to sunlight and exercise. Diet can play a role, too – corn and chickpeas. Have a great week!
