If you are taking the SAT on June 4, do not despair. This is the time to break out your flashcards (if you need some, you can snag them here). In one of its few displays of kindness, the College Board makes practice tests available on their website. Using their official practice tests is the best way to prepare. The SAT contains tricks and traps designed to bedevil test takers. Well-meaning test prep companies and book publishers might try to replicate the College Board’s wily ways, but they are never as effective as the real deal. When you’re not preparing for final exams, writing papers, or preparing for APs, spend some time with the official SAT.
